All orders are dispatched from Mojaa using an express shipping
company, covering all regions in Egypt.

order number and status updates. To ensure you receive these details,
please include your email address when registering your order.

Shipping Costs:

We offer free delivery for orders starting from LE 4,499, while our shipping fee may vary depending on your location.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

Return Costs:

Shipping, return, or exchange costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable in case of return.

Delivery Timings:

Cairo and Giza:
1 to 3 working days.

Other Governorates:
3 to 5 working days.

Order Cancellation:

You may cancel your order at any time. We appreciate your feedback on the cancellation reason to help us improve our services. For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 14 working days.
