Shipping Process:
All orders are dispatched from Mojaa using an express shipping company, covering all regions in Nigeria.
Order Confirmation:
After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number and status updates. To ensure you receive these details, please include your email address when registering your order.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and the specifics of your order, including the number of items, seller differences, and shipment weight. Costs may vary for different pieces within the same order.
Inspection & Returns:
Please note that inspection of orders upon delivery is not permitted. If you encounter any issues and wish to return or exchange your order, please follow our return policy for assistance.
Return Policy:
You can return or exchange items within 14 days of receipt. Note that shipping and return charges are applicable unless the item is defective.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Return Costs:
Shipping, return, or exchange costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable in case of return.
Delivery Timings & Costs:
Lagos: 1 to 2 working days and 2,400 NGN for orders below 80,000 NGN
Ogun & Oyo: 1 to 2 working days and 5,000 NGN for orders below 80,000 NGN
Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your order at any time. We appreciate your feedback on the cancellation reason to help us improve our services. For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 14 working days.
