If the product is returned in a condition other than its original condition, the product will be returned to you again.
Delivery and return fees are charged from the original order value during the refund as it is not refundable.

If the order was paid in cash upon receipt, your refund will be added to your Mojaa Wallet credit to use it on your next order.
Please note that the value of the order will be refunded to the same payment method if your order was paid by Valu, Souhoola, Premium, Contact or through any bank card.
If the amount is returned to the same payment method, it takes 3 to 14 working days for the amount to appear on your account again
