You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange your product.

Return to Cairo and Giza takes a maximum of 3 to 5 working days, including the quality check period. It takes 5 to 7 working days for the rest of the governorates, including the quality check period of the product.
You can return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is in the same condition as received, in its original box, with the price tag.
If the product is returned in a condition other than its original condition, the product will be returned to you again.
Delivery and return fees are charged from the original order value during the refund as it is not refundable.
We have several options for refunding your return order:
If the order was paid in cash upon receipt, your refund will be added to your Mojaa Wallet credit to use it on your next order.
Please note that the value of the order will be refunded to the same payment method if your order was paid by Valu, Souhoola, Premium, Contact or through any bank card.
If the amount is returned to the same payment method, it takes 3 to 14 working days for the amount to appear on your account again
Exchange Policy:
The exchange is only available for the same model in a different size. Here are the exchange steps:
If you need to Exchange your order, please fill out the form located at the bottom of the page with the size you need or Contact Us to assist you.
The exchange process takes 5 to 7 working days. The original order will be collected from you, and once it is returned to us and inspected, the exchange order will be shipped to you.
Important Notes
- Defective products are eligible for a full refund.
- Due to the shipping company's guidelines and our policy, inspection upon delivery is not permitted.
- Items such as supplements and personal use products (e.g., socks, boxers, sports bras, swimsuits, headwear, water bottles) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they have a manufacturing defect.
